Most nutrition articles focus on what you should eat in order to stay healthy or what foods enable fat loss or fat gain. Yet, besides the incorrect food choices, people make one other mistake when it comes to buying food: they follow their taste, old habits and preferences, putting health concerns on the last place. As long as they are healthy, few people actually care about the quality of food. We only start researching when trouble is around the corner.
